The Harris County Precinct 2 Special Operations Division was created to support multiple divisions and units within the Constable’s Office. The Special Operations Division is designed to detect, deter, and proactively respond to a variety of crimes plaguing our precinct.
This Division specializes in Narcotics Interdiction, Illegal Gambling, Prostitution, High Profile Warrants, and various other specialized fields.
The Deputes and Supervisors that make up this division are highly experienced officers, who train constantly to be able to handle the evolving crimes being committed.
This Division is also frequently called upon to assist other agencies, including numerous Federal Law Enforcement Agencies such as the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), the US Marshalls Service, and various other Federal Agencies.
